How long we keep it

We keep audit requests and correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and maintain our business records, then delete them.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@perfectcompetition.com.au. If you have a concern about how we’ve handled your information, contact us first and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Client data

Data that clients provide to use the Perfect Competition service, such as product lists, prices, minimum sell prices and sales figures, is covered by the terms of each client agreement, not this website policy.
